KAKUL — Commander National Strategic Command (CNSC) General Syed Aamer Raza issued a stern and unambiguous warning to the country's adversaries, declaring that any hostile miscalculation against Pakistan will be met with a retaliatory response far surpassing the calculation or imagination of the initiator.
Addressing the grand passing-out parade of cadets of the 154th Long Course and the 39th Technical Graduate Course at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) in Kakul, General Raza underscored that the nation's defense posture remains resolute, firm, and fully prepared for any eventuality.
"To those who harbour hostile designs across our borders, our stance remains resolute and unambiguous," General Raza stated before the gathering of newly graduated officers, military dignitaries, and families. "There is no space for conflict or war in a militarized, nuclearized environment, and any miscalculation will be met with a response far beyond the imagination or calculation of the initiator."
The high-level military warning comes in the wake of recent inflammatory remarks and escalatory rhetoric from regional neighbors, including provocative statements from cross-border officials threatening military action. General Raza emphasized that Pakistan remains a peace-loving nation dedicated to regional stability, but warned that the country's armed forces stand ready to defend "every inch of the sacred motherland at all costs."
Highlighting the evolving nature of modern warfare, the CNSC commander drew attention to the perils of hybrid threats, grey-zone tactics, and digital narrative warfare in the contemporary post-truth era. He cautioned the young graduating cadets that adversaries frequently attempt to employ calculated disinformation campaigns to sow discord and drive a wedge between the resilient people of Pakistan and its armed forces. He urged the new military leadership to remain vigilant, steadfast, and entirely immune to malicious propaganda.
Furthermore, General Raza called upon neighboring leaderships to learn valuable lessons from past regional crises, abandon belligerent posturing and dangerous rhetoric, and act with strategic responsibility to safeguard lasting peace and economic stability across South Asia.
Military analysts have lauded the address as a definitive reaffirmation of Pakistan's deterrence posture, signaling clearly to the international community that while Islamabad favors diplomatic engagement and regional cooperation, its defense readiness remains absolute and unyielding against any form of external aggression.
